“Trinity Airways” will begin operations once all required approvals from relevant domestic and international authorities are completed. As this process generally takes several months, the official start date will be announced separately once finalized.

Yes, existing booking remains valid. Although the airline has changed its name, flight and booking details will not be affected.

Question [Change of company name] Even though the ticket was purchased from T’way Air, the receipt shows “Trinity Airways.” Is this an error?
No, this is not an error. As part of the airline’s name change process, the receipt may show the new name, “Trinity Airways.” but this does not affect your booking or travel in any way.
Question [Change of company name] Why do the website and mobile app still display “T’way Air” even though the company name has already been changed?
The company name on official registration documents has already been changed to “Trinity Airways.” However, until all domestic and international approval procedures are completed, channels such as our website and mobile app may still appear under the previous name, “T’way Air.”
Once all approvals are finalized, all operations and communications will be updated to “Trinity Airways.”

No, the airline code (TW) and flight numbers will remain the same after the company’s name change.

Until Trinity Airways officially begins operations, please use the existing T’way Air check-in counters. We recommend checking the airport monitors on the day of your flight.

On travel documents such as arrival and departure forms, please fill in the airline name as it appears on the ticket.
