“Trinity Airways” will begin operations once all required approvals from relevant domestic and international authorities are completed. As this process generally takes several months, the official start date will be announced separately once finalized.

Yes, existing booking remains valid. Although the airline has changed its name, flight and booking details will not be affected.

1. Please carry portable batteries with you (do not store them in overhead bins).
2. If your portable battery overheats, please inform a crew member immediately.

4. Charging power banks and electronic cigarettes using in-flight power supply is prohibited.

On travel documents such as arrival and departure forms, please fill in the airline name as it appears on the ticket.
Question [Change of company name] Can previously purchased T’way gift cards still be used after the company’s name change?
Yes, T’way gift cards can be used as usual within their validity period (up to 5 years), even after the airline’s name change to Trinity Airways.
The rebranding does not affect their validity.

Yes, T’way Plus membership benefits remain valid through the subion period.
All benefits, including e-cards and coupons, can be used as usual.

Yes, all coupons can be used normally within their validity period.
Question [At airport] Can I bring hot beverages on board?
Domestic flights – Hot beverages may be brought on board; however, they may be restricted for safety reasons during the flight.
International flights – Beverages (such as juice or coffee) purchased in the duty-free area after passing through the security checkpoint may be carried on board. However, hot beverages are not permitted.
